Evening Gong Baths are a great way to relax and unwind. You simply lay or sit comfortably on a mat, fully clothed and cover yourself with a blanket close your eyes and just be.....
We begin with a short meditation to allow your body and mind to calm and settle. This is followed by about 40 minutes of mainly gong playing, but other instruments may also be used intuitively, depending on the needs of the group that evening.
At the end of the Gongbath there will be a few minutes silence to allow your body to absorb the sounds and remaining vibrations.
What to bring
Please bring a blanket, and any pillows, or pads you may require for your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. A small bottle of water is also recommended.
